Do I need to download any software?
No. Art on Earth runs in your browser. All you need is the Adobe Flash Player.
What does the music cost?
All songs on Art on Earth are priced by the artists themselves, so there is no longer a set price for music. We don't believe in fixed pricing.
What is the credit card fee?
The creditcard fee is the cost of validating and processing every purchase. Since prices vary in the store, we cannot operate with a set processing fee, as this is based on a percentage of the sales amount.
Is it safe to use my creditcard?
Absolutely. Art on Earth does not process any credit card info. By Norwegian law, this is done by a governement appointed company called BBS (www.bbs-nordic.com), so all transactions are stricly regulated.
How do I download my purchased music?
Once you have logged in using your e-mail address, go to My Music and choose the song you would like to download. Your purchased music will always be available here.
My download progress doesn't show up. Why?
Because Art on Earth uses flash the download progess won't show in the browser. The file will show up in the folder you specified once the file is finished downloading. You will also see a temporary file called FlashTmp.tmp while the download is in progress.
Something went wrong during checkout - what happened to my order?
Should anything happen while checking out, just go to Accounting in your profile, where you will find the last unprocessed order. From there click Pay, which will take you to the checkout.
I can't stream My Music.
This option will not be available immediately to all users after the site is launched, but rest assured we're working on it. In the meantime you can download all your music.
